iplug4fun respects copyright and responds to valid infringement notices. If you own the rights to material appearing in one of our rooms and it was posted without your authorization, we will remove it.
1. Filing a notice
Send your notice to our support email with the subject line DMCA Notice. To be actionable, it must include:
- Identification of the copyrighted work you claim was infringed.
- Identification of the specific material and where it appears (room name and, where possible, the message or post).
- Your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
- A statement that you believe in good faith the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
2. What happens next
We aim to acknowledge notices within 72 hours and to remove or disable access to material identified in a valid notice promptly after review. We may notify the person who posted the material.
3. Counter-notice
If your material was removed and you believe this was a mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice to the same address. It must include your contact details, identification of the removed material and its prior location, a statement under penalty of perjury that you believe the removal was a mistake, and your signature.
4. Repeat infringers
Accounts that repeatedly post infringing material are removed from our rooms without refund.
Not a copyright issue? If your concern is about your own likeness, privacy, or images of you shared without consent, use our Report & Takedown page instead — that process is faster and does not require a copyright claim.
